Al- Ahliyya Amman University or Amman University (AAU) was established as the first private university in Jordan in 1990. With over a dozen faculties offering undergraduate and postgraduate courses, the university sparks innovation and maintains a high standard of academic achievement. It is renowned for Research and Education in areas of Business, Journalism, Pharmacy, law and more. AAU aims at preparing highly qualified graduates who can meet the recognized national and international standards and who can carry out future responsibilities and tasks to serve the local, Arab, and international communities. AAU is known for its contemporary and innovative methods of instruction, and the use of advanced methods such as e-learning, visual aids, and workshops. The University seeks to maintain academic and ethical standards, promote research, and build a sustainable and responsive institution prepared for continuous growth in a rapidly changing world.
