Federation University Australia (FedUni) is a public, dual-sector university based in Ballarat, Victoria, Australia. The university also has campuses in Ararat, Horsham, Stawell, Churchill and Berwick, as well as online offering and collaboration programs.

FedUni offers a wide range of higher education, vocational education and training (VET) and research programs across its many campuses and online, enabling students from all backgrounds to achieve their dreams of tertiary education. The university follows a regional commitment that sees them design curriculum and research programs aimed at serving our regional and rural communities. The University has made great contributions to cultural life across all campuses, and to the skills and economic development of our regions. While it carries forward a century-long history of tertiary education in Ballarat and western Victoria, the new name, Federation University Australia, was only adopted in 2014.
