Guilin University of Electronic Technology (GUET) is one of the four universities focusing on electronic technology and information science in China. It consists of 18 schools offering 49 undergraduate programs, 59 postgraduate programs and 9 doctoral programs. The university is furnished with good facilities such as the IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) Student Branches, 166 practice bases, and 188 off-campus teaching research institutes. Not only laying stress on the intellectual development, the university also places great emphasis on the all-round development including moral, physical, artistic, and social practice education. Since its establishment, GUET has dedicated itself in the mission of 'Devoted to the motherland, truth, and society and offers to deliver over 200,000 graduates to the country and society.
