Overview

Located in Yizhou, a city of historical and cultural significance in Guangxi, China, Hechi University (HCU) was established in 2004. The predecessor of HCU was Yizhou Teachers' School founded in 1958. HCU has 17 schools and offers 61 undergraduate programs and 6 master’s degrees. The University has a solid educational foundation and has produced over 80,000 graduates since its establishment who excel in various fields. The university also focuses on promoting international cooperation and exchanges, and has established cooperative relationships with universities and educational institutions in many countries around the world. In 2020, HCU was selected as one of the First Batch of High-level Local Application-oriented Undergraduate Colleges and Universities in Guangxi.
