Established in 1952, Heilongjiang College of Business and Technology (HCBT) is a comprehensive full-time ordinary undergraduate institution approved by the Ministry of Education in China. Till now, the college has trained more than 45,000 students, making significant contributions to the development of national, provincial and municipal economic and social undertakings. HCBT has 18 teaching colleges, offering 42 undergraduate majors that cover disciplines including engineering, science, arts, economics, and management.
