Overview

Nanjing Medical University was established in Zhenjiang in 1934 and later moved to Nanjing in 1957. The university, formerly known as the National Jiangsu Medical School, was the first medical institution of higher education in Jiangsu province. The university is comprised of 24 schools and offers 23 undergraduate programs, 56 doctoral programs, and 59 masters programs. It's competent faculty includes over 1470 teachers and medical staff with many experts enjoying prestigious titles. The university is recognized for its strong faculty team, outstanding students, advanced teaching facilities, and a sound infrastructure that includes hospitals and a Science and Technology Innovation Park. The university also enthusiastically engages in international exchanges and partnerships.
