Nanjing University of Finance and Economics is a comprehensive university located in Nanjing, the capital city of Jiangsu Province in China. It was founded in 1956 under the guidance of Chen Yun, a renowned leader of the Communist Party of China. NUFE serves as a comprehensive university focusing on coordinated multi-discipline development of economics, management, law, literature, science, engineering, and agriculture. NUFE is one of the first institutions to get the right to grant master degree and MBA in China. It has now three first-level disciplines with the right to grant doctorate degrees, 13 first-level discipline master's degree, 6 professional master's degree categories. The University has about 25,000 full-time students, including over 3,000 master degree students.
