Overview
Originally established as a vocational school, NPUST has undergone several changes and expansions to become a leading university in Taiwan. The university is divided into seven colleges: agriculture, engineering, management, humanities and social sciences, veterinary medicine, and applied science and technology. NPUST has also established several research centers and has strong ties to industry and businesses providing students with practical experience and great job opportunities after graduation. The university focuses heavily on internationalization, with academic exchange agreements with 140 partner institutions in 30 countries. NPUST is also an active participant in international academic conferences and research collaborations globally.
