Shiraz University of Technology (SUTECH) was founded in 2005 as one of the seven technology universities in Iran. The university is focused on technical and engineering majors, prioritizing research, innovation and technology. SUTECH has four faculties consisting of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering and Material Engineering. SUTECH aims at training professional human resources and promoting the knowledge to meet the needs of the 21st century. It has made major steps in terms of education and science, holding a leading position among public universities in Iran.
