Taif University

Taif University is a public university located in Taif, in the Makkah Province of Saudi Arabia. It was established in 2004 to provide higher education for students in the Western Region. The university offers a wide range of academic programs in several fields.

Founded in 2004, Taif University (TU) is a government-owned higher education institute located in the city of Taif, in the Saudi region of Makkah. With the mission to contribute greatly to the cultural, social, and economic aspects of the Western Province and the country as a whole, TU prides itself on its outstanding student-centric approach to learning with a firm dedication to knowledge and creativity. Spanning over a main male and female campus in Taif and smaller branches in surrounding districts, Taif University comprises a total of 14 colleges, offering over 70 specializations at all academic levels - from bachelor’s, master’s, to Ph.D. The university also provides scientific research, scholarship, and training programs. Collaboration and partnerships with international universities are also part of TU's objectives to achieve higher education standards.
