Overview

Tangshan Normal University (TSNU) is located in Hebei province of China. The University started as Tangshan Teachers College in 1956 and became a university in 1978, known for fostering talents with practical skills. It now accommodates over 14,800 students, providing 61 undergraduate and 44 postgraduate programs across different disciplines. TSNU currently has two campuses with a total area of ​​820,000 square meters. These campuses include 14 teaching units, 31 research institutes, 1 affiliated hospital and 1 Teaching and Practice Base. The University has employed more than 957 professors and associate professors. TSNU has actively participating in international exchanges and cooperation, being partners with institutions from over 14 countries and regions. The purpose of TSNU is to serve local economic and social development, focus on the characteristics of the profession, adhere to the coordinated development of multidisciplinary, and strive to build a high-level application-oriented undergraduate education.
