Since its establishment in 1977, the Technical University of Crete has been putting its main emphasis on science, engineering, and economic management at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. It is a pioneering institution, with international collaborations and reputation. The academic staff are highly skilled and specialized, involved deeply in innovative research and teaching. The university campus is modern, well-equipped, and located in the northern part of the city of Chania. TUC has about 2,400 students enrolled and offers innovative undergraduate and postgraduate programs, while conducting remarkable scientific research.
