Established in 1999, the Texas A&M Health Science Center (TAMHSC) is committed to transforming health through innovative research, education and service in dentistry, medicine, nursing, pharmacy, public health and medical sciences. This institution is spread across multiple campuses around the state and serves over 2500 students. With a curriculum designed to integrate knowledge with practice, students gain both a strong academic foundation and practical experience. The research carried out here ranges from biomedical studies related to health and disease to service projects addressing rural health care and other community needs.
