Overview

The University of Koblenz-Landau was established in 1990 as part of a state-wide reform. Its roots, however, extend back in time with its Landau campus dating back to 1946 and the Koblenz campus to 1969. Today, the university serves nearly 15,000 students offering a broad spectrum of programs in humanities, social sciences, natural and environmental sciences, and human and educational sciences. At the University of Koblenz-Landau, students experience a welcoming and inclusive environment, high-quality teaching methods, and significant research opportunities.
