Established in 2002, Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) is a premier public university equipped to provide excellent education, training and services in engineering and technology to achieve the needs of both local and international industries. It's situated in the east coast state of Pahang, in the town of Gambang, which is 40 kilometers from the state capital of Kuantan. Over the years, UMP has seen transformative growth in a wide spectrum of academic disciplines and research areas, becoming an educational institution of choice for students.
