The University of Life Sciences in Lublin is a multi-profile higher education institution, which integrates a wide range of agricultural, biological, veterinary, technical and socio-economic sciences. It was established in 1944 and has become one of the most renowned institutions in Eastern Poland.

University of Life Sciences in Lublin is recognized not only in Poland but also abroad, thanks to the cooperation with numerous international scientific centers. Its history dates back to 1944. The University promotes innovative solutions, research and teaching, aiming to meet the challenges of the contemporary world and the increasing demands of the society. There are 8 faculties in which over 12,000 students receive education. It offers courses in three levels of study and forms of education: full-time and part-time, and over 1600 employees, including 180 professors and associate professors. Education is offered in Polish, English and Ukrainian language. The University conducts basic research and application work, mainly in agricultural sciences, natural and technical.
