The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, also known as UNC-Chapel Hill, UNC, Chapel Hill, or simply Carolina is a public research university in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Anointed as the nation’s first public university, it is known for programs in law, sciences, and humanities.
