The University of North Dakota (UND), located in Grand Forks, is one of the largest universities in the state. It hosts a number of prestigious colleges including Medicine, Engineering, and Aviation. Notably, it was the first university in the US to have a program in unmanned aircraft systems.

Founded in 1883, the University of North Dakota (UND) is renowned for its programs in medicine, engineering, and aerospace. As the state's oldest and largest University, UND offers more than 225 fields of study for graduates and undergraduates.
