The university offers a wide range of study programmes, with a focus on humanities and social sciences as well as on natural and human sciences. The University of Potsdam is not only a teaching university, but also a prominent research center, that includes research collaborations with other universities and institutes in the Berlin-Brandenburg region. The University of Potsdam has three campuses and six faculties including Law, Philosophy, Human Sciences, Economics and Social Sciences, Mathematics and Natural Sciences, and Digital Engineering.
